Hi any advice would be great

Cut long story short Jan 2014 I was granted a prohibited steps order ( stop ex removing child without my approval ) from anywhere also was given a contact order for child to see his farther every other weekend over night and two days in week when he doesn't have of weekend for few hours.

Had problems since the start with lateness etc and child being returned late etc but didn't go back to court for a enforcement order as can't really afford it so have just put up with it.

Anyway Childs father has never really worked never provided for child and had got a job last year got sack and again didn't give any csa anyway his just got another job how long it lasts will be fun to find out ha ha
He has said due to him working the days his Ment to see child on week days clashes with his working hours so will be unable to see child asked if would be prepared to change days said it wouldn't make no difference as would still clash with his working hours then said no of a weekend which I said no to as this is my quality time to spend with child too as I'm a working mom and child is at school then in next breath he said fine I'll take u to court this time ???? I'm just wondering if anyone has been in that situation as if did go back surely courts wouldn't grant him every weekend would they when this is only quality time I get to do the normal family things days out etc ???? Also his contact order states weekend should be supervised overnight but I'm well aware this is not the case !!!

Every weekend with one parent would be unlikely.

Is this true I hope so I'm stressing don't like things like this I get super stressed and I know his properly just saying it but like to be prepared

My arguement also was I work round the care of my child and if he was that bothered he should find a job that accommodates also I have to Aibu ???

I've been to court twice with involvement from caffcass and don't believe he will get every weekend unless you say you are happy with that. The child needs to spend quality time with both parents. You may agree to share holidays etc but again this might not work with his work commitments!
I don't think you have anything to worry about. Maybe worth keeping a diary of his lateness etc so you can evidence how the current contact isn't working. Hope that helps
