any advice help !!!

Cut long story short have been to court with ex partner over child age 6 and was given a prohibited steps order stating child will live me me he was granted a contact order to see child every other weekend overnight 2 nights but supervised and two evenings after school every other weekend times specified in order .

Now I've been tolerant as most occasions the order is breached but times specified and can be up to two hours late home but wasn't really keen on going back to court again as just don't need the head ache I've taken pics as prof incase I have too which show dates and times has retuned. As is s breach of the order

Now today I've received a call from school stating my son has told his teacher that when he stays at dads his been left alone and looks out of window till gets back so he knows to let him back in !! Also that's his hungry there and cannot cook something for himself while left alone .

Now this is a massive shock and I'm fuming son has not said s thing to me but what can I do next please help any advice appreciated thank you if go back to court will be representing myself and I'm worried if ex has representation I'll be walked all over in there

Oh also was a year ago the orders so nothing is ongoing all completed and finalised x

Have you been asked to have a meeting with the child protection officer at school? I would suggest you do need some legal advice.

are the school making a referral to Children Services?
I think you need to have long chat with your son.
You need to issue an urgent application to suspend the Court order and ask for it to be investigated

They didn't mention anything said would spk to his dad and advised me to also which I have anyway his dad reckons he hasn't left him said he goes outside for cigarette but doesn't leave him just don't no what to believe now :-) thanks for advise
