I understand a score of 14 indicates a high risk.
What does a score of 8 indicate?

A lower level of risk. However the person filling out the assessment would consider which questions had been answered yes and use their professional judgement.

I.e if the victim said they had been strangled, the perpetrator had used weapons, she was pregnant and they had recently separated they may only score 4 but it could be assessed as high risk based on the seriousness of those issues.

Thank you. They did say one of my answers was serious on its own.
