Harrassment Warning

I've received an email from my ex-husband today with a copy of a letter hes written to the District Judge in the family court. Hes in court next week for Enforcement of the Court Order. Hes failed to make payment for over six months, so i asked the Judge to take action.

The letter informs the Judge that i'm to be issued with an Harassment Warning from the police. Have visited the local police station but the officer is not on duty until the weekend so can't find out more till than.

My ex claims to have suffered sustained harrassment from me, except in over 2 years i've only responded to his solicitor letters. i acted for myself so wrote the letters myself, i was polite and never once made any personal comments.

So can i be issued with an harassment warning on minimal contact especially when it was in relation to the family courts?

Hoping someone can put my mind at rest about this.

No you can't. Don't worry.

Tosser. He might have bothered to read the Act and the CPS guidelines. Legal correspondence is not harassment.
