My husband is due to renew his leave to remain visa shortly.
I am currently recieving SMP but will not be returning to work at the end.
Will the SMP count towards the minimum earnings needed to renew the visa or will I need to look for employment earlier than planned?
I am.struggling to find answers on the UKBA website!
