Just a quick one. I instructed my solicitor on the 27 February. I still have not even received a draft for the petition to ok before she sends it to him . Is this normal or have I instructed an incredibly slow solicitor? I'm feeling worried

That's slow - mine did it within a few days of me outlining the particulars. I would chase if I were you.

Hope you're ok

Be careful my solicitor said everyone short email response will cost me £15 plus VAT!

Hope you've had a reply by now - did they let you know why it has taken so long?

Yes she said that it was due to illness she had no secretary for two weeks and it will be done next week. I'm not happy about it it's Easter and bank holidays soon. I've got a feeling there Is always going to be something. This has held me back so much. Confused
