Partiality paid CCJ question

If a person lodged a bit over half of (disputed) owed money with a county court and applied to get a CCJ set aside, then for their own reasons stepped away and left the money lodged with the court, and told the claimant they now chose to accept the CCJ standing, would it in any way prevent the person the CCJ is in favour of from collecting the partial amount (+interest) paid into the court, please?

Sorry that should say partially paid, not partiality, and I should possibly make it clear this isn’t something being planned, it’s already happened.
