Does an informal financial arrangement count for Pre liminary Hearing

I agreed an informal financial agreement with my ex before we separated 2 years ago.

Or rather he decided what we'd both pay for, and told me in writing.

Now i'm at the stage of filing the questionaire, and statement of issues, self repping as i can't afford legal help anymore. We're in the family court in January.

Can i mention the informal agreement at this stage, when i saw a solicitor months ago, she said the starting point would be the informal agreement between us, its only just occurred to me now, i'm not sure if or when i should mention it to the judge.

Now its the last minute all sorts of things are starting to occur to me, and google isn't being much help.

If anyone would be able to say if the informal agreement should be mentioned at this stage it would be really helpful. Thank you.

I'd like it to continue, or the parts of it that my ex still pays.

Where do i look to see the cases of Edgar and Xydias? Sorry, i really don't know where to start looking, but thanks for suggesting i do. If you can tell me where to look, i will thank you.
