I am in a terrible state and don't know what to do.
I have been in an abusive relationship for years - initially physical but that changed as far back as 2006.
I have been very ill when surgery went wrong in 2009. I was left with a stoma and then faecal incontinence. When I came home from hospital he left me without food or drink
My husband hurt our daughter a few times but denied it. When I caught him I threw him out.
He then made allegations that I had made up my daughter's illness and mine - and despite doctors sending me evidence overnight the court said it was no the right time to be presented
I had a breakdown due to ongoing pressure from him - he left us with no furniture etc
Social service saw the lack of furniture, blamed me and removed our child
Today I have learnt they want to give her to him - because I have 'needs'
She desperately wants to be returned to me.
My faith in the whole system is at rock bottom
Does anyone have any advice?

You should be entitled to free legal advice if they have applied for a care order, or are contemplating doing so. Don't take advice from a message board. Do it properly.

I have no faith in the legal system
The social worker speaks to the judge and emails the judge and he has little chats with her on the side
I had evidence to disprove the allegations against me wthin 12 hours of my husband making them but the barrister said it had to wait for the fact finding
So my husband was able to make more allegations against me for a further 8 months
My lawyers will fight but I am not holding my breadth
Has anyone made a complaint to the health professional's council against a social worker before?

How old is your daughter? Really, you do need to let your legal team work for you. Has your daughter told the social workers about your ex hurting her?

Yes
He slapped her so she was bruised - found to be the case at factfinding
Held her down by the neck - and bruised her
and hit her against a door so she bled - again found to be the case at factfinding

However I am apparently co-dependent and so she is saying she doesnt want to live with her dad and wants to live with me because of the co-dependency!!
