Hi, can anybody help me? I am having problems with my ex, which I don't want to elaborate here, but does anybody know when a child can legally say they don't want to see their father? Thanks

hi a court would listen and take into account a child views at about 11. A COURT WOULD NOT PUT IN AN ORDER FOR CONTACT FOR A CHILD 15 OR OVER. does this answer your question? at 16 they are classed as an adult.
