South Beach Diet: unable to cancel free trial - help please

Before Christmas I signed up for a free trial with South Beach Diet online. Since then I have been trying to cancel it - never used it! I have emailed them 3 times but no answer. I have contacted my C/C who seem to be unable to block the payment and now they have take more money out of my account! It is an american company, so not sure where to turn? How can I cancel this payment?

Basically, your bank should have cancelled the payments when you first asked them to.
