I'm part of a group which raises money for charity but we've had the issue of CRB checks occasionally raise its head.
We don't fall under the remit of CRBs as none of us should be in a position where we would be responsible for any children or vulnerable adults, there should always be a parent or carer in attendance. However, we have been advised that in order to cover ourselves we should have a form for each member to fill in with the option to declare convictions etc and to agree to pay for an information check if necessary.
Do standard forms for this purpose exist? We don't want to draft our own and risk missing off anything vital.
Thanks in advance.
