Changed car in July but was advised by dvla to retain ownership until private plate taken off car I was selling so I technically owned boh cars for 2 wks.
Dvla sent new tax disc to garage not me after telling me it was lost in the post and reissuing me with duplicate.
Anyway, now they are refusing to give me refund as they said they followed procedure by sending to dealer despite me will owning car and refusing a refund (nearly £100)
Is it worth pursuing through small claims?
