Hope someone can help. I lease a very small yard with some stables, for the past few moths I have rented, with owners permission, one of the stables to a 3 rd party. For many reasons this is not working some gave her a months notice to leave, she has said she isn't going to move! Any ideas how I get her to move without a lengthy court battle? Thanks for any help.
