if you thought you were a beneficiary of an estate and had doubts about security of goods ,what would you do ?

So having been unable to help my 82 year old with his restraining order ,homeless situation ,seeing his friend before she died ,now I'm on to the will .

So....if you hadn't seen the will but had good reason to believe that you were a beneficiary and suspected that items were being removed from the house that forms the estate what would you do ?

And the solicitor dealing with the will is not returning your calls or letters ?

And if some of those items were your personal belongings ( which you can't access because of a restraining order ) what would you do ?

Take photographs of the inside of the house (through the windows) and write to the executors. Don't do this kind of work myself though. Someone more knowledgable may come along soon.
