interim contact order

Hi

just started application for contact order, but would like to request an interim order in the meantime so some form of contact can start.

Is this applied for seperatly (if so what would the cost be?) or would it be requested at the first hearing?

via solicitors it was agreed contact would start in a contact centre, start dates were in a place and dp's ex and children attended the pre visit the week before contact was due to start. dp's ex then pulled out 2 days before contact was due to start, he hasnt seen the children for 9 months which is why they agreed on the contact centre to begin with (its a supported centre not supervised) so he would obviously only be requesting the interim order to allow contact at the centre.

Any advice on interim orders would be great!
