Cancelling Pixi Photos

I got a bit carried away at pixi photos yesterday and ordered more than I need/want. The girl did advise me before processing on the computer that I couldn't cancel as they are a personal item.

I rang when I got home to say DH wasn't happy and was there any way I could cancel/reduce the amount I had taken. I was advised no but that I could change my selection to the same value or amend the sizes/combinations. I think this is unfair as if they can do this they obviously haven't produced the photos yet so they don't exist yet to be a personal item.

Am I stuck? Any tips would be appreciated.

This wasn't distance selling or a doorstep sale. You were clearly warned that the order could not be cancelled. I'm afraid I don't think you have a leg to stand on.

Thanks for the reply, it was a forlorn hope, I have accepted it now and am really looking forward to getting them.
