Just received the following by email and was wondering if this could be a form of discrimination?
'Thank you for sending us your CV, unfortunately we are not able to help you with your current job search. This is because we have a service level agreement in place with our clients whereby we will only submit candidates for vacancies who live in the Harrow area.
May I take this opportunity of thanking you for your interest in our Company and wish you every success in your job search.'
The vacancy that was advertised is through a recruitment agency and no mention of living locally was in the ad? Just seems strange to me!
