To keep third child or not

Sorry if I haven't written this in the right place I'm a bit all over everywhere at the minute. Just need some advice on third children as I'm in a panic.

I'm in my early twenties and currently have two very happy and healthy children aged four and two from a previous relationship. I've been in a new relationship for the past year and a half and am very happy. I just bought a house and got a great new job and everything seems to have fallen into place. However. I've just found out I'm pregnant. From my calculations around four weeks. My partner says if I want a termination it's entirely up to me. He's fifty fifty about if we should terminate or not simply because money is a little tight.

I know that the best thing to do would be a termination but in my heart I want this baby so badly. How much more difficult is a third child. Would I be making a mistake keeping it. Advice greatly appreciated thanks

Keeping a baby is never a mistake in my eyes. In your situation I'd keep it. Money will always be an issue whether you have 1 child or 5.

I was pregnant with my third child when his older siblings were less than 2 years. I now know their father was and is my abuser.

My third child is, as his siblings are, my absolute delight. It took me getting rid of their father to cherish them all properly, but my goodness. I adore them.

It was far from practical. It is far from practical. But it is exactly right.

And I mean that. Exactly right.

If in your heart you want the baby you'll never not want it. If you terminate you'll never forgive yourself even if it's the practical option and it will damage your relationship if you feel your partner supported it. 3 will be fine, you sound like you manage family life well so I am sure adding another in will be nothing but exciting for everyone.

If you want this baby really badly then I would not terminate - 3 are hard work and expensive but unless there are really compelling reasons not to carry on with the pregnancy I worry you may regret it.

I'm finding three very difficult today. But I couldn't bring myself to terminate back then. I'm not sure how to advise you but just a hand hold, it's a very difficult situation to be in Flowers
