Pregnant with my 4th and I'm 38, panicking!

Only done 1 test, but I think I'm pregnant with my 4th! I already have a 13yo, 3yo and 1yo.

My husband has got a really important interview in April so I'm not going to mention it until after that, as although he wants another this is a contraception failure, and I don't want him to feel under even more pressure!

Is 4 much harder than 3?! I'm really scared!! Grin

Congratulations...38 is young still, I was pg with number 4 a few years older than 38!

I know a lady who has 4, her 13 year old loves helping look after the baby...I am often a little envious and wish that I had spaced mine out more. She doesn't overdo it and use the 13 year old as slave labour obviously but just the little things help.

I'm not sure I'd be able to keep it to myself though OP !

Thank you goat, I'm definitely not going to mention it as he's really stressed and I just want him to get through this interview as it will make life so much easier, especially with a potential 4th Grin

He won't guess? I'm usually I USED TO, past tense! be falling asleep everywhere and gagging at the sight of the same set of foods! although it sounds like he might be too stresses to notice. Good luck Smile

He's working all hours and I'm always moaning that I'm tired so he probably won't notice Grin

I do get really bad sickness but I'm hoping that by that stage his interview will be done!!

Congratulations! I'm a number 4 (technically 5th due to a stillborn) child whom my mum had at the age of 39 and I've turned out just wonderful, thank you very much ;) honestly though, as you have an older one to help (similar age that my siblings were when I came along and they loved carting me about if pictures are anything to go by) you'll do tremendously. I can't imagine being in a smaller family and now want st least 3 of my own!
