Mazda Bongo.

I had one as a CM, can fit eight with plenty of boot space, could get a double and single buggy stood up in it, and all the wellies and waterproofs in boxes under the seats.

Brilliant car, in fact we have just bought another, no kids now but two dogs and a caravan Grin

It depends how old your dcs are. Some seven seaters also come as an 8 such as Peugeot 807. If you do get a 7 the bench seat is about £500 to convert the boot seat into an 8. I have one and the sliding doors are the best feature.
Congrats by the waySmile

Fiat Ulysses. Adored mine. Ran forever and it was cheap to fix when broke! Massive boot too!

Thank you for advice, its seems that we are def going to have to see and review these cars!!
DC 18,13,11,7,2.
My DH is the main driver and doesn't want a really big looking car more wants a compact on( don't know how unless its a transformer)
No real reason for a double buggy dc will be 3 by time this one arrives! He avoids the buggy now!! He thinks he's grown!
Def need a good size boot for all the food shopping we are going to need!

My Citreon C8 is basically the same car as the Peugeot 807, when we got it, it had a rear bench so was an 8 seater, we took it out and got 2 rear seats then took one of them out to make a 6 seater with tonnes of boot space for a double buggy.

Some Kia Sedonas are 8 seaters, I don't think you will get compact if you need 8 seats TBH.

The Mercedes Vito has 9 seats and a normal sized boot even with all seats in use, it is amazing but loooong! We borrowed one whilst we were waiting for our KIA Sedona to be shipped over. If you only needed 7 seats then I would thoroughly recommend the Sedona - will you need a seat for your 18yr old?

Robot I am jealous. I would love this car but just can't afford one unfortunately.

I am expecting number 5 and have a Hyundai Trajet. I would dearly love something a little bigger, as it is a bit of a squeeze when we are all in it. Looked at getting something like a VW transporter or a Ford Torneo, but anything we could afford had mega mileage and they cost a lot to tax, insure, run etc. even compared to a standard people carrier. I know a few people who have them thought and love them.

All depends on your budget really.
