Tandem bank

Have searched for this but can't see any threads about it.

Has anyone used a Tandem bank saving account? You have to put your online banking log in and password into the app to link the accounts in order to pay the money in. I am so reluctant to do this!

Googled for ages and can't find anything (other than the company's own website) saying this is normal. Not heard anything like this before. Feels like it would be stupid to enter online banking info to another app!

It isn't - the new open banking Regs mean now a lot of platforms ask you to log in like this .

If in doubt always search on money saving experts site x

I’ve got a Tandem account. All via the app. Found on money saving expert site. Is FSCS covered as well.
