Maybe almost everyone here is so familiar about AirBnb? We wish to be a part of that online market service, which offers rental of short term lodging or vacation rentals. In connection with it, my family here is thinking of investing into a condo and have it rented by travelers However, we lack the cash amount to pursue that plan. A friend advise us to apply for a commercial real estate loan or a business loan? Are you familiar about it? Are there lending companies that will give us a loan in

Yes, the bank offer loans but I would prefer more options before closing it. I am actually considering commercial real estate loans being offered by credit union or private financial companies.
