Hi I was wondering if and looking for advice I started the pill about July 2018 - April/may 2019 I have had the first “fake period” that u get when u finish the pill then I went a while without the had one in June my prom. then I spotted in August and September I think and November I had brown discharge for 2/3 days then I had the same discharge 21-24th April but the first day it was pink (I have a photo of if needed) then got a little red in it then went brown (also have a picture of it) when I checked my knickers and have had nothing since then, is this normal? and any advice how to regulate/get my period back? I’m not pregnant as I took a test I just don’t fancy going to the doctor I have bad anxiety and don’t want to be getting needles and tested unless I really need to ! I was just seeing if you know anything to bring it back? Before I do end up having to book an appointment many thanks.

I have anxiety and I was really worried about going to the doctor but I'm really glad I did!

Please go and ask to get referred. It really isn't as scary as it seems and they will be very understanding and supportive. I am now currently on fertility treatment so bite the bullet and get the ball rolling! :)

All the best xxx

No problem 🥰 I suppose there's no harm in calling? They'll either say yes or in a few weeks maybe? Xx

How long have you been trying to conceive?

You had prom less than a year ago, so I'm assuming you're quite young. Not a judgment, just a statement. Trying to get the facts.

@Herjbr26 I seen that you have posted this a lot of times in infertility and conception. I was on pill many years and took my body a year to fully come off. I would ring doctors they might talk to you over phone about it. Also if you worried this much about going to the doctors at this stage you should think long and hard about getting pregnant with covid 19 about as that might be more worry for you . You are also very young so age wise you have time on your hands to concive but also you are very young think very hard about conciving xxx

@Hoping1 yah I might if I agree I posted in them in the chat the only one someone will have similar situation as me and I'm not planning on getting pregnant right now in "covid 19" what I mean is I want help getting my period back before I start trying ect as I've heard it could be a year(or some people don't at all I've heard stories ect so I'm worried I won't be able to) and I'll be 19+ im at work quite a bit "time on your hands "?? I don't understand what you mean I'm working or do you mean it in a different way as I can see 2 sides🙁 .. so yes in the future I do was to try but I want my period back first and I know your trying to look out for me but I was just asking a question on how to get it back 🙁😓

I put time on your hands as in you are young you have time on your side for this sort of thing(never would mean it in a working sense got nothing to do with me if you work or not). If you are worried as you have put loads of posts on ring doctors see what they can do for you. Wish I had tried sooner then I did but can't change that now. I went to docs after 6 months of nothing happing after pill and they said it still coming out of system
