I was supposed to have my appointment with my consultant around my PCOS last week. It's been cancelled due to COVID, I'm so upset as I waited 7 months Sad

I haven't had a period since May last year, I've lost 2 stone and I'm now exercising regularly and a healthy weight. I've been taking myo inosotil but I've just broken down. I feel like I'm never going to ovulate ever again.

Any help? Sad

I have terrible PCOS. Prior to TTC, I’d have 2 periods a year, max. Never paid much attention to it and was stupid and naive.

When we came to TTC it became a problem. Went straight into provera with Clomid which resulted in a period but I never conceived. A year and a half later I had ovarian drilling. I started having periods naturally. Still no baby. A year later I started letrozole. Three cycles no baby. I started dramatically cutting sugar from my diet and BAM. Pregnant and had natural periods.

I was never overweight prior to this but it’s been proven that sugar does not agree with PCOS. I’ve no doubt that letrozole and ovarian drilling resulted in my baby but my body was seriously happy with me for cutting sugar.

Good luck OP, I will never forget the struggle of TTC.
