Hey. My gynaecologist said the only option was ivf. My dp is only 21 so obviously is was a shock. these results seem awful sad

What lifestyle changes or supplements has your partner already tried?

@jmgX Hi my partner was really low he cut everything out and improved slightly. We were just about to do IVF when covid 19 hit. When we were there they told my partner to take this stuff. It £40 but has loads of amazing reviews hospital raved about it.

Unfortunately age doesn’t matter if he has male factor infertility. My DH has similar and supplants plus an operation only improved it up to around 10 million. If you are also a similar age at least you are young and have a good chance of it working for you. I would definitely ask for a referral to a urologist just to make sure there isn’t an issue like varicoele. I would also ask for a DNA fragmentation test so you’ve the full picture

But yes I would say ivf is your only option unless you get very lucky

@JosieJosie1 im 25. yeah he has variocele (sorry cant spell it) but my gynae wasn't bothered and neither was our old gp. they said his enlarged testicle was nothing (couldnt see anything on the scan) and said maybe it was that. useless!! his testicle is constantly large and feels 'heavy'.
