Sorry to ask this I’m sure it’s been asked before but I’ve just had my third miscarriage following IVF, my head is a bit all over the place and I am basically going back to basics as we now have to start trying naturally again. So...we have male factor...don’t know the cause of our miscarriages yet other than speculation but if you can recommend supplements for both. I’m looking online now and just feel a bit overwhelmed! TIA

We take Proceive Max for both men and women - it has the most "stuff" in it at higher levels so you don't have to take 20 different tablets per day. But my egg quality isn't great so I also top up with royal jelly tablets and ubquinol- both available at Holland and Barratt

Proceive is expensive but Boots and Holland and Barratt often have 25% off or BOGOF or I buy when Boots has a points deal

My DH is taking procieve max, ubiquinol, vitamin d spray and omega 3’s. I am taking zita west ivf preparation pack and ubiquinol. I checked the amounts in all supplements cross checking with the book ‘it starts with the egg’ and zita west is the best however it is also very expensive and procieve max is second best. The zita west is also more to take - x2 vitamins x3 times a day, x1 omega 3’s x2 times a day and a vitamin d spray. We also have male factor.

My DH is terrible at remembering to take all the different ones so having just one supplement to take with everything in it has been easiest for him
