When parenthood isn't an option how to deal

Hi all, im new to this and have read a fair few forums which have helped me. I myself haven't got children, I am 37 due to be married later this year however I was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago and had to have a hysterectomy so really its decided for me. My fiance and myself would consider adoption in a few years maybe but i find myself at times trying to convince myself life will be ok without children and its a mixture of emotions.^*
