Full ferning with maybe baby for 4 days straight

Hi everyone,

Had an ultrasound the other day as part of sub-fertility tests. Everything looks normal and the technician confirmed I ovulated from the left!! Fits in with the 2 days spotting I had. This was in the evening, and that mornong, I started to get full ferns on my ovulation microscope, but I'd already ovulated a few days before based on spotting and cramps etc. The microscope had shown no ferns on the days I was spotting, so after/during ovulation basically. I hadn't had the microscope until after ovulation because I ordered it too late from Amazon. I am soooo confused as to why I've now been full ferning for 4 days after ovulation when the sonographer confirmed I've already ovulated as they saw it.

Any help would be appreciated as I can't stop thinking about it!

The accuracy is 86%. So 14 % chance of not being accurate. I find that a probable explanation.
