Cyclogest + Day 21 test

Hi everyone.
I had letrozole, the trigger shot & cyclogest after ovulation this month. Just got my day 21 bloods back and my progesterone is 45. I know this is good as it's over the 30 mark indicating ovulation, but I would have thought it would be much higher considering all the meds. What's normal - does anyone else have any experience?
Up til now my day 21s have been wayyyy lower than 30 so I am pleased, but also cautious!
