TTC one year, problems both sides

We've been ttc for one year. I had a feeling early on that there might be a problem as it seemed as though everyone else in my family got pregnant in the first month.

We went to the doctor's about 3 months ago and have been sent for tests. I had all the blood tests for progesterone, testosterone, FSH and for thyroid and they all came back normal.

My prolactin level came back borderline so I was sent for another test the next month. Again it's come back borderline so they've sent me for another blood test. In that time I also had a transvaginal ultrasound and they said I had polycystic ovaries but not PCOS (I wasn't aware you could have it without the syndrome)

DH has had sperm analysis and he has come back as low on many areas. They've advised him to cut caffeine, alcohol and he has decided to cut out sweeteners as well after a bit of research.

Is there anyone else who has been in this scenario? What are our chances likely to be?
