Thawing embryos

I had an FET today. We had a three day embryo that was thawed to day 5 and then it was transferred to me today.

I had a call before I left telling me that the embryo had not made it to blastocyst yet, and was still in morula stage, which you'd expect from day 4. They called as we have a low-quality 4CC in the freezer and they wanted to know if we wanted to use that instead, but we kept with the morula.

Anyone have any experience with thawing day 3 to day 5 and/or transferring morulas? I've heard that FETs take longer to implant, so I wonder if they take longer to develop too? 🤞🏼
