Confused ..

So I have been TTC for four years I am 24 and have never been pregnant or had a pregnancy scare.. went to the doctor a few months ago who did blood tests and Ultra sound scan which showed thick womb lining and bloods were fine.. have an appointment with gynaecologist in a few days but they have sent a medical questionnaire which seems like a pre operative one.. I’m confused could I be admitted for surgery or laroscopy the same day or next day?

No. You'd be aware of any procedures they're planning to do (if they plan to do them). I did have an internal ultrasound at my first appointment...

The first clinic appointment always goes through medical histories (of both you and your partner). Might it be part of that?
