Who takes vitamins? What ones do you and your OH's take. Do you find any actually help?
Currently beginning our hospital journey so don't want to start down the herbal route (been there, didn't work!)

Really boring post really lol!

We use the Zita West IVF pack. It's not cheap though, but my husband has gone from a count of 5mil to 27mil so it's worked for him so far! No other lifestyle changes as he already didn't smoke, drink or have baths etc. My clinic didn't recommend anything other then folic acid and vit D but we'll carry on taking them for the time being

Lycopene seemed to help my husband's motility improve (we just bought it off Amazon) although he did also reduce caffeine/alcohol so it's probably a combination.

I'm only taking CoQ10, Inositol, Vit D and fish oil. Think you can easily get carried away and end up taking everything under the sun but the inositol seemed to help regulate my cycles in combination with acupuncture. No idea if the Coq10 is doing anything but hopefully having first egg collection this summer so we'll see what the embryo quality is like!

Good luck xx

Yes, there is research on CoQ10 for fertility support in both men and women. And, a water and fat-soluble form absorbs better.

Hi everyone

Just a little help is needed. I take Inofolic supplements to help regulate my cycles as I have PCOS. This has helped so much, it has been amazing for me.
Sadly last month we had a missed miscarriage and lost our first pregnancy at 7 weeks. We really want to try again and so have started preparing.
I wanted to start taking daily pre-pregnancy vitamins as well as the Infolic, however I wasn’t sure as they both have the daily recommended amount of Folic Acid.

Can you take too much folic??

Thanks for your help.
