Faint positives - panicking!

Going a little bit crazy at the moment and desperately need reassurance please.
Our official test day is this coming Friday but we caved and have been testing sooner.
The photo below is 8dp5dt and 9dp5dt (we also had a 7dpt5dt from a different brand test that looks the same.
We’re panicking because we’re not seeing much of a change in the darkness of the line. I know it’s still really early but it’s our first positive and we desperately want this to be it.
Thank you

Didn’t want to read and run but looks positive to me maybe it’s just to early for a strong positive! Fingers crossed for you!

Definitely an early positive. Congratulations x

I would retest in a few days but that definitely looks like an early positive to me x

Try not to panic, I have my fingers crossed for you! Hormones fluctuate and factors can affect the strength of line such as the amount you've drunk, time of day, tests dye etc. Hcg should double every couple of days so that's when you should start seeing changes. Good luck!

Try not to worry -these both look positive and it’s still early

Thanks everyone, really appreciate all your comments. We’re going to not test now for a couple of days so hopefully we’ll see a difference by then xx

Hi phoebs the bottom test (9dpt) does look darker to me, only slightly more but still darker. My tests at that point were darker still but i think a line is a line, and people produce different amounts of hcg so you're interested in the increase between first and second blood tests rather than the strength of the line.

To put in perspective my first transfer that failed generated really strong lines up to 10dpt then they faded and ended in a cp so you can't really tell when testing early what the outcome will be.

Keeping fingers crossed that this is the one 🤞🤞🤞

Sorry Phoebs that's devastating. Was it your first transfer? Hope the next one is the one for you guys. Ivf is such hard work, take care of yourself 💐
