Hi everyone
Is there any one that has used soy isoflavones? Looking for some advice on using them. What is the best dosage and days to take them and would ovulation be sooner or later depending on what days you take them.

Tried those this month. They made me ovulate on cd17 as opposed to last month's cd24.

@tigerlily I used them for two cycles. First cycle days 5-9 and I believe 100 each day and no luck. Second cycle I did days 2-6 150,150,150,200,200 and fell pregnant. Unfortunately I had a mmc and had to have an ERPC but I'm 4 days post surgery and am taking the soy isoflavones again, same doses on 2-6.

Thank you ladies for replying, I have taken them this month. I started on cd3. So doing cd3 -7 120mg each day. Ovulation for me was anything from cd10- cd 16 . Periods varied as well from anything from CD 26 through to Cd31.

Not sure where I am going to ovulate on soy but am I right in saying its week after the last pill. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

@tigerlily it really depends on the individual - sometimes it brings ov forward, sometimes it pushes it back. I ovulated 16 days after my last soy last time.

I will just have to see what happens, so if I have to do another cycle of soy will ovulation be around the same time as this cycle. I'm CD 6 now.
