So me and new partner have been together nearly 2 yr .... He's amazing my ex husband was really controlling and pressured me get sterilized at 23yrs old I'm now 27 have 2 children, 10 yr old boy and a 6 yr old girl my partner is 38 ... My question is can we have a cycle of IVF on the bus as he has no children

I’m not sure there would be any point. You probably could sue whoever performed the sterilisation though and use the money to attempt to undo it.

As far as I know you don't qualify for ivf on nhs if either of you have children. Was definitely the criteria in my area

I just commented on your other post but incase you miss it, some CCGs will fund if you have children as long as he has non (mine does) but not if infertility is caused by being sterilised

How on earth could the OP sue the person who performed the sterilisation? OP would have signed a consent form to have it done. They weren't to know she was coerced into it.
