Hi there, I’m starting my final injections tomorrow and although i’ve been through the process before I feel a bit apprehensive and alone in the process so wondered if there is anyone at a similar stage as me to share the experience with? Thanks x

Hi @Chester6 Smile What do you mean by ‘final injections’? I’ve just done my second stims injection (am on short protocol), first go for us.

Oooops sorry, that was a typo, I meant Gonal injections (think it auto-corrected). How are you finding it? I really hope you have success! We have done 2 rounds before (one fresh and one frozen) but both failed so we went private and had some tests and discovered my Natural Killer Cells were high so I am having treatment for that this time round in the hope it will work this time 🤞. xx

Sorry to hear about your first couple of rounds - here’s hoping it is third time lucky for you! I’m taking Menopur rather than Gonal F. A bit stingy but ok. Feel a bit bloated now, but not sure if that’s linked or just coincidence!

There’s a March/April thread on the board if you want to join in Smile

@WhatWouldPennyDo hope you don't mind me jumping in here to ask what the test was for the Natural Killer Cells and what the treatment is? Best of luck to you both!

Oooh yes I’ll join thanks. 😊
Not at all, although I still don’t fully understand it myself but this explains it quite well... xx
