Bee propolis - anyone tried?

Hi

I've posted a few times about our ttc journey and have just been reading some older infertility posts and came across a mention of bee propolis. Has anyone tried this with any kind of success in conceiving? Or even with help for endometriosis symptoms?

Currently awaiting op date for laparoscopy and HSG, past history of endo (diagnosed on lap 12 years ago after years of horrific periods)

Willing to try anything really!

TIA

I had a knee jerk reaction to finding out I had POF from endo and went and bought everything going, it's said to help inflammation but I'm not sure if it's evidence based. I will tell you one thing though it's pretty much the worst thing I have ever tasted confused

confused I've tried maca powder and that was the most awful thing I've tasted. The things we do eh 🙄 does it taste terrible even in tablet form?

To be fair I did have the liquid with hindsight I should have got the tablets! Look into Serrapeptase

There are so many different things to try. While looking at that I came across wobenzyme. I don't know which to try. Can't really afford to buy all of them! I know there's no magic cure but I want to feel like I'm trying.

I know it's so hard to know what to do for the best, I had stage 4 and had extensive excision and a tube removed then started IVF, I had with the cycle that worked serrapeptese, blood thinners (fragmin), steroids (prednisilone) baby aspirin and prontogest

I'll do some more research thank you and congrats 🎉😊

Look into NAC and serrapeptase

Thanks. Is NAC for men only? Or have my google results led me astray 😂 @AniSL

NAC can be used by both men and women, its been shown to help in a variety of conditions, endometriosis and PCOS are just a couple of them
