PCOS & OPK

Hi all,
I have PCOS and have been TTC for 10 months. I barely get periods (only had 1 naturally this year) so my doctor prescribed progesterone to induce a bleed. I took this and had a bleed about 3 weeks ago and on the last day of my period started taking Inofolic which I had read very good things about. It’s a mix of Folic Acid and MyoInistol and can increase regular ovulation/egg quality. I was using OPK and getting negative results until 15 days after my period and got a positive result (so would be in and around when ovulation would be expected) this positive result was for one day and then back to negative results, so again what would be expected for a “normal” cycle. I was really chuffed with this and TTC as much as possible in this fertile window 😍 however since then I have read quite a lot about how OPK are no good in PCOS and you can get false positives. When I orginally went to the Dr my LH levels were quite normal but i suppose this can change. I just wondered if I should consider this to be accurate or not given that I’ve always had negative results and that the one positive occurred at roughly the right time?! I think I’m just holding for a glimmer of hope!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Any help appreciated.

Without temping or a blood test, it's impossible to say either way. Maybe??
