Late period on Clomid!

Hi,

I hope everyone is okay?

I'm about to go on my 4th round of clomid.
I took took my 3rd round in the second week of January, my periods are irregular but I should of seen AF on 7th Feb, AF has still not arrived but I keep getting this thick milky discharge quite heavily and feeling like AF has started.

I normally get some form of discharge but not to this extent.
I've got about a week before I can take a pregnancy test.

Does anyone know what this could be!

Thanks,

Kayley

If your period is late, you can test?? When did you ovulate? Are you being monitored??

Good luck!

Hey,

I was told by my gynie to test when I'm 14 days late, ovulation is hard to track on Clomid because you don't get the same signs as you normally would but my cycle is normally 29 days.

Hi KayOvs... I'm in the same boat as you, I'm currently on CD34, after my 3rd round of Clomid, (the first where the dose was high enough to bring on ovulation). I've had to take norethistone to bring on previous bleeds, so I genuinely have no idea how long my natural cycle is.. I did an Internet cheapy test at about 9/10DPO (all I know is I ovulated between CD10 and CD15 from. My follicle tracking scans) , which was negative, but now I am well past 14 days DPO, getting similar symptoms to you, and still no sign of AF...

Hi Mermaidtail17!

I've taken all of the same tablets as you!
I was taking it wrong but the gynie corrected me as I was taking norethirsene (or however you spell it) every month when that incorrect, so I haven't taken it yet and still no signs of AF!

Wishing you all the best as I know how frustrating it is!

I'm on my fifth month of clomid. I get normal 'signs of ovulation'. Positive opk, temp rise, ewcm, pain on side of my groin.

Are they not monitoring you to know if you ovulated??

Instead of asking internet strangers, take a test? You would get a positive by now if you ovulated three weeks ago!

In fact, the instructions you get with clomid say to test cd35 and if negative, you can take meds to induce a bleed.

Hi Physickate,

I'm doing the steps by gynie told me to and I'm asking 'internet strangers' because I'm forever taking tests which are negative and it gets harder every time!

These people aren't internet strangers, this is a supportive forum so you can help others going through the same thing.

I'll take a test 14 days after but just wanted some helpful advice!
