PCOS, IVF and FET oh and 40! 1st timer

I've just completed IVF and going to the next stage of FET. The consultant is going to do it on a natural cycle and should be starting the process in about a week. I've got PCOS and he hasn't prescribed me anything and hasn't mentioned it so am I now worrying about something for nothing?! Would love to hear some stories. Anyone there also got tips for preparing for the natural cycle? This is my first time. The roller coaster starts again... x

I'm going to have a FET very soon too although mine will be medicated. Will you have to go in for regular scans to be able to time the transfer?
