Polycystic Ovary Syndrome advice needed

Hi, I am new in this forum and I would like some advice. I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and I was in hormonal treatment but that doesn´t went too well I didn´t feel good with the treatment and I left it. But now I am trying to have a family and It´s been really hard for me to get pregnant. So if you have been in my position I would like to know if you have an advice to me.
