Possibly blocked tubes and low progesteron

Hi all brave girls! I have had my ultrasound pelvic and vaginal today and it occurred that my ovaries are perfectly fine. Also there is a dominant one as well. I do have a low progesterone and my fertility consultant suggested that maybe I had PCOS but it did turned out today that this is not the case! I believe that this is good news. Next step for me is to have HSG to determine the state of my tubes. Now, has anyone had a similar situation? What do you think is the next step for me? medication or straight IVF? I am 34, ttc for 2 years.

It looks like you're at he stage of going through basic diagnostic tests at the moment. Once different tests have been done, the consultant will be able to advise on the best course of action.
