Beetroot Juice/ Pom juice

Hi

I have read that to thicken the lining and for implantation it helps to drink either Pom juice or beetroot juice!?

Has anyone got any experience of this and does it help?

I think I need to stop googling I'm just so nervous and worried about this whole IVF/ICSI as it's my first time ..and I keep coming across so many things I don't know about and my clinic hasn't really said much!
