IVF with egg sharing - any experiences?

Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to give the full picture!
DP and I (both women) have been trying for a baby for 3 years (from first appointment to date, only had 2 years of treatment).
DP had 2 x IUI and one IVF which were unsuccesful before we decided to change clinics for a second opinion (self funded NHS treatment to private clinic). New clinic said due to very low AMH (1.3) and probable adenomiosis it would be better if we proceeded with treatment with me as DPs odds of getting pregnant were very very low.
Since then I have had one natural IUI and one "supported" IUI which have been unsuccessful. My test results are good but the clinic have suggested that IVF is the most appropriate next stage as they can't tell where IUI goes "wrong". We're fine with this, but have now spent a lot of money (and time!) for no success. I know that the first IVF can sometimes be a "trial run" to identify issues so we may end up having to have at least one extra go. The other option is I donate my eggs at the same time and dramatically reduce the cost, which I'm fine with in principle (we couldn't have a family without a donor, and I've already considered altruistic donation once we've had our family) but I'm worried about the numbers of eggs I might produce and whether it would seriously impact our chances of it working. The clinic can't give us any real stats so I was wondering if anyone on here had any experience/opinions of this? I've lurked on a couple of infertility boards for a while and know a lot of people on here are very knowledgeable and plain talking.
I'm 29, my AMH is 33 and they want to use short protocol with low levels of hormones.

I'm sorry I can't help much with personal experiences, but came across positive stories

Hi, not sure if I can be much help yet but I have my first app on the 19th Dec. I'm being an egg sharer to reduce my IVF costs. I know for my clinic I have to produce 8 good eggs 4 for me and 4 for the lady who receives my eggs. I'm unsure when your looking at starting your process but I can keep you posted about my journey xx
