Sorry I don't mean to bowl in and be a chippy barren..... Most women who are infertile and going through treatment here have done the temping and the charting and the diet and the "cervical position" (Tbf I never did find my cervix) all the rest of it. We're infertile and nothing short of hard drugs and physical medical intervention is going to help.

I think it's lovely for you to offer to pass on a book that was clearly helpful (so long as you're not a barren hag like me) but you'd probably have been a bit better posting in conception as a lot of us will see the title of this thread and roll our eyes pretty hard.
