Hycosy showed blocked right tube

Hi,
I have just got back from a Hycosy scan, which showed my right fallopian tube was blocked - the left one was fine. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this, and what is likely to happen next.
We have been TTC for 16 months now, under the fertility consultant - not eligible for IVF as we already have a 3yr old DD.

This is what I had. Was told that should still be able to get preg as other tube was healthy and clear

Tho I never did get preg naturally in 10yrs ttc so got labelled unexplained infertility

Was told ivf was my only chance and had to be private as DF has children from previous relationship

Will be the same for you as you have one child

So you either carry ttc. No reason why you shouldn't get preg ..... Tho may take months years or not at all like me

Or you save and pay

Sorry if sounds blunt. Not meant to be

Thanks for the reply blondes. That was kind of what I was thinking.
I have low progesterone levels so I suppose that might indicate the other tube is not working as well as it should (not that I know much about these things). Am wondering if they will let me have Clomid, or if there would even be any point in that.
Obviously very sad about the whole thing, but in a way it feels 'good' to know there is a reason why ttc hasn't worked this time (although good is not the right word). Not even sure when my next FC appointment will be, so frustrating having to wait to find out what (if anything) can be done. Not sure we would want to go through IVF (also probably couldn't afford it).
