Hi all, I posted recently as I had a positive result, followed a few days later by an early misscarriage/chemical pregnancy at 4w3d. I'm on day 2 of very heavy bleeding, cramps and feeling totally exhausted. Has anyone been through this and have any tips to help me feel better? Thank you xxx

Rest!! Read trash, eat choc or crisps, drink wine and wallow. It's allowed. You will absolutely feel better, I have a 'missed miscarriage' at 13 weeks and had to have intervention, and it was awful. But. It does absolutely get better. Once your body feels normal again, your brain will follow suit. But, really do rest, your body has been through a lot, and your hormones are jumping all over the place. Be kind to yourself. Is your partner there with you? flowers

Thank you yes he's here. I'm trying to rest but emotion wise I'm finding it easier being busy- but my body is telling me otherwise! I don't know if I'm coming or going. I don't know how long the bleeding will go on but I'm hoping it will let up tomorrow as I'm feeling very aenemic. I'm so sorry to hear about your missed miscarriage that must have been horrendous, here's wishing us healthy pregnancies very soon xxx

Hi there, hope you're feeling a bit better?? Since my missed miscarriage, I became pregnant again straight away, and now have a healthy 1 year old, (and a 4 year old), so I always think that there was a reason for the miscarriage, and there was probably something wrong with the baby. So, there is no reason why you will not go on to have a lovely baby!! Good luck x
