CoQ10 for men

Hi All, I've seen this vitamin be talked about on here and was just wondering if you could give me some more information on it. I think I saw some people say it helped their husbands sperm count etc.

I've been trying to do some research but I'm not sure what I'd start Mr Meh on or which is the best one etc.

As background, we have MFI due to testicular cancer and radiotherapy treatment. We have a high dna fragmentation % too. I have no idea if CoQ10 will help or not!

Thanks

Hi Meh

Weird, I have just posted about this on the male fertility thread! My DH takes it. He takes it as ubiquinol which is it in its raw form and easier for the body to absorb. Just checked with DH and he takes 300mg per day which is the equivalent of 60g of coenzyme q10. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately we've not seen any improvement yet but worth a try!
